conduct of any user. If you are dissatisfied with
any eBookOasis material, or with any of eBookOasis
terms and conditions, your sole and exclusive remedy
is to discontinue using Redbox Creation's web site "www.twistedtutu.com".

Creations in its sole discretion, finds to be in

custom graphics and button icons are service marks,
trademarks, and/or trade dress of Redbox Creations.
All rights reserved. All other trademarks appearing
on the site are the property of their respective
owners.
- 7. Design Service
Regarding our eCover Design Service we will charge only
what is stated on our site at the time of submitting
ebookoasis the ecover email form. The customer will
recieve a minimum of three copies of the design work
which we have carried out on their behalf. If for any
reason the customer is not 100% thrilled with the final
product then we will exchange details and alter the
work until the customer is completly happy with the
end result. Note: The customer will
not own the copyright for the design work carried out
on their behalf. The customer has the right to use
the artwork for an eBook Cover and for no other reason.
We try our best to complete any commissioned design
work with in 3 days. However, should we happen to be
overloaded with work at any particular time then we
will contact you immediately and let you know how long
the project will take. If you wish to use the artwork
for any other reason please seek permision from the
Copyright Holder - Ross Lovegrove.
- 8. Changed Terms.eBookOasis
has the right at any time to change or modify these
Terms of Use applicable to use of the site, or any
part thereof, or to impose new conditions. Such changes,
modifications, additions or deletions shall be effective
immediately upon notice thereof, which may be given
by any means including, without limitation, posting
on the site, or by electronic or conventional mail,
or by any other means. Any use of the site by you
after such notice shall be deemed to constitute acceptance
of such changes, modifications, additions or deletions.
